Les Schlesinger is the owner of Links Insurance Services, a Managing General Agency (MGA) representing insurance carriers in the State of Florida, Texas and California for the sale of automobile insurance and ancillary products. Mr. Schlesinger was formerly President and COO of Bristol West Insurance Group that was acquired by Kolhberg Karvitz Roberts & Co (KKR). Today, Bristol West Insurance is part of the Farmers Insurance Group.. Mr. Schlesinger received his Bachelors of Science in Management degree from the Robert B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Gonen Minuskin has built a reputation as a leader in creating some of the most complex software platforms and trading systems on Wall Street. Formerly a managing director at a JP Morgan, Gonen managed a global software team that produced some of the most complex and cutting-edge trading systems in the world. Mr. Minuskin received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY at Buffalo and his Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University
